It happens every year, almost as if everyone wakes up one day and suddenly realizes that summer is just around the corner.
Before you know it, panic sets in as people begin to realize they can’t lounge around in their comfy sweatpants and oversized hoodies anymore. (If only … )

It’s time for shorts, tank tops and (gasp!) bathing suits.
If you’re feeling like this year is especially tough, you’re not alone. After all, many of us hibernated with the rest of the world during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it may feel like there’s a LOT of catching up to do.
The good news?
With a few simple changes, it’s not hard to turn things around.
During the month of May, we’d like to challenge you to MOVE MORE.
It’s that simple.
And while formal workouts are great, there are many simple ways to sneak in a little exercise.
- Head outside for an after-dinner walk
- Skip the elevator, and take the stairs
- Lace up the ‘ole sneaks and mow your lawn
- Ride your bike if you have a nearby errand to run
