Giving Wellness is a community wellness program created by Precision Training Concepts in Harrisburg, PA. It combines personal health coaching with charitable giving to help people build lasting healthy habits.
The program runs for eight weeks and includes daily check-ins, fitness guidance, nutrition tracking, and wellness counseling. But here’s what makes it special: Our program partners with Midwest Food Bank Pennsylvania. Each enrollment provides resources to supply weekend meals for 11 children in the Central Pennsylvania community.

You'll get help with eating better through simple nutrition tracking. The fitness part includes guided exercise sessions you can do at home or wherever you are. These workouts are designed for all fitness levels, so don't worry if you're just starting out.
