Delivery & Shipping Policy
Gift Card Delivery Options
At PTC Fitness, we offer two convenient ways to receive your gift card purchase:
Option 1: In-Person Pickup (FREE)
Pick up your gift card at our training center location:

Pickup Hours:
Monday – Friday: 5:00AM – 7:00PM,
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM – 12:00PM
How Pickup Works:
- Place your order online
- You will receive an email confirmation when your gift card is ready for pickup (typically within 24 hours)
- Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number
- Pick up your gift card at the front desk during business hours
Gift cards will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed gift cards will be processed according to our refund policy.
Option 2: US Mail Delivery - $5 Flat Rate
We will mail your gift card anywhere in the United States for a flat shipping fee.
- Shipping Cost: $5.00 flat rate (per order, not per card)
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail
- Service Area: United States only (all 50 states)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Gift cards can only be shipped to US addresses or picked up in person at our training center.
Service Areas
We ship to all 50 United States, including:
- Continental United States
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
We ship to both residential and P.O. Box addresses.
Order Processing
Once your gift card ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Confirmation that your order has been mailed
- Expected delivery timeframe
Please note: USPS First Class Mail does not include detailed tracking. If you do not receive your gift card within 7-10 business days, please contact us.
Delivery
Mailed Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are mailed in standard envelopes via USPS First Class Mail
- No signature is required for delivery
- Cards will be delivered to your mailbox by your regular mail carrier
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the ship date
If You Don’t Receive Your Gift Card: If you do not receive your mailed gift card within 10 business days from the order date, please contact us immediately at Support@PTCFitness.com or call the West Shore location at 717-546-8989 or the East Shore location at 717-461-3410. We will investigate and issue a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- USPS carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- High-volume mailing periods (holidays)
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
For Mailed Gift Cards: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for gift cards mailed to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@ptcfitness.com If the gift card has not yet been mailed, we can update the address. Once mailed, we cannot redirect or retrieve the gift card.
For In-Person Pickup: Please ensure you select the “In-Person Pickup” option at checkout if you plan to pick up your gift card at our training center.
Lost or Stolen Mail
Mailed Gift Cards: If you do not receive your gift card within 10 business days:
- Check with household members
- Check your mailbox thoroughly
- Contact us at Support@ptcfitness.com
We will work with you to determine if the gift card was lost in the mail. In cases of confirmed mail loss, we will issue a replacement gift card. However, once USPS confirms delivery to your address, PTC Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Important: Gift cards are like cash. Please protect your gift card information once received. PTC Fitness is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards after delivery
Multiple Gift Card Orders
If you purchase multiple gift cards in a single order:
- In-Person Pickup:All gift cards in your order will be ready for pickup together
- Mailed Orders:All gift cards will be mailed together in one envelope to the address provided
