Introducing Giving Wellness: A Community-Focused Wellness Program

At Precision Training Concepts, we believe that lasting change happens through community and accountability. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Amber Peterson Coaching to bring you Giving Wellness, an online, eight week wellness program designed for groups and individuals that care about giving back. This program is currently being offered to Central PA corporations as an employee benefit — which helps businesses invest in the well-being of their teams while contributing to a greater cause.

A Program with Purpose

Giving Wellness goes beyond fitness and nutrition. It’s a way to impact your life while supporting those in need. We’ve partnered with Midwest Food Bank of PA through Kathy Anderson-Martin, to bring wellness to their corporate partners and donate a portion of our proceeds to help feed individuals facing food insecurity. Every time you invest in your health, you’re also making a meaningful difference in someone else’s life. That’s the heart of Giving Wellness. By joining our program, you’re feeding a community member food they otherwise would not have.

The 8-Week Challenge

Our signature program is an 8-week wellness challenge designed to help you develop sustainable, healthy habits. Participants will work through eight carefully chosen habits that are designed to promote growth and variety. We’ll help keep you engaged and on track to reach your goals. The challenge also includes community accountability through action partners and group chats which fosters both connection and mutual support.

The 8 Habits for Health

We’ll focus on eight key habits over eight weeks to help participants push their limits and make lasting changes that are tailored specifically for each group. The eight habits often include food choices, movement, water intake, and strength training. All of the exercises showcase modifiers so that people of all fitness levels can participate.

One of the best things about this program is that you’ll have both an accountability partner and a group to share challenges, successes, and celebrations with. The feedback we’ve received about the format of this group has been incredible!

Flexible for Any Group

Whether you’re an individual, part of a friend group, church group, or company, Giving Wellness can accommodate groups of 20 or more. This flexibility makes it easy to join as part of a team or bring the program to your workplace as a valuable employee benefit.
