Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At PTC Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures for gift card purchases.

Gift Card Returns & Refunds

Unused Gift Cards

Return Window: 30 days from date of purchase

You may request a refund for an unused gift card within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The gift card has not been redeemed or used in any way
  • The gift card code/number is still intact and unscratched (if applicable)
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • The gift card was purchased directly from PTC Fitness (not from a third party)

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us at support@ptcfitness.comor call: West Shore: 717-546-8989 East Shore: 717-461-3410
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Return the physical gift card to either location (for in-person pickups) or mail it back to us (for shipped cards)

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Shipping fees ($5 flat rate) are non-refundable for mailed gift cards

Partially Used Gift Cards

Gift cards that have been partially redeemed cannot be returned for a refund. The remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use according to our gift card terms and conditions.

Fully Redeemed Gift Cards

Gift cards that have been fully used or redeemed are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Gift Cards

If you receive a damaged or defective gift card (physical card is damaged, code is illegible, or card will not activate):

Reporting Period: Within 7 days of receipt

How to Report:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@ptcfitness.com
  2. Provide photos of the damaged card (if applicable)
  3. Include your order number

We will replace damaged or defective gift cards at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Important: Gift cards are like cash. Once a gift card is activated and delivered, PTC Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

If your gift card is lost or stolen:

  • Contact us immediately at support@ptcfitness.com
  • We will check if the card has been used
  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen cards that have already been used
  • If the card has not been used, we may be able to deactivate it and issue a replacement (subject to verification)

Fraudulent Purchases

If you believe a fraudulent purchase was made on your payment method:

  1. Contact your credit card company or bank immediately
  2. Contact us at support@ptcfitness.comwith details of the fraudulent charge
  3. We will cooperate fully with any fraud investigation

Gift cards purchased fraudulently will be deactivated, and refunds will be processed according to our fraud prevention procedures.

Recipient Returns

If you purchased a gift card as a gift for someone else:

  • The recipient cannot return the gift card for a refund
  • Only the original purchaser can request a refund (within the 30-day window for unused cards)

The original purchaser must initiate the refund request

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for gift cards. If you need a different denomination:

  • You may request a refund for the unused gift card (within 30 days)
  • Purchase a new gift card with the desired amount

Cancellations

Before Shipment or Pickup

If you wish to cancel your order before the gift card is shipped or picked up:

  • Contact us immediately at support@ptcfitness.com
  • If we have not yet processed your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
  • Once a gift card has been shipped or marked ready for pickup, our standard return policy applies

After Shipment or Pickup

Once a gift card has been shipped or picked up, you must follow our standard return procedures outlined above

Refund Method & Timeline

Refund Method:

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or as cash

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees ($5 flat rate for mailed gift cards)
  • Gift cards purchased from third-party retailers or resellers
  • Gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed
  • Gift cards outside the 30-day return window

Gift cards that have been tampered with or altered

Gift Card Expiration

PTC Fitness gift cards do not expire. However, our return policy (30 days for unused cards) does have a time limit.

State-Specific Rights

Some states provide additional consumer protections for gift card purchases. These state laws will apply in addition to this policy. If you have questions about your state-specific rights, please contact us.

Policy Changes

This return and refund policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify customers of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”

Your continued use of our website and purchase of gift cards after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
