What is Precision Training Concepts?
Precision Training Concepts (PTC) is a private personal training studio focused on individualized training, proper movement, and long-term health.
Unlike large gyms or group fitness facilities, our model is built around private & semi-private, where every program is tailored to the individual.
Our goal isn’t just to help clients exercise, it’s to help them move better, get stronger, and build habits that last.
Where are your personal training studios located?
Precision Training Concepts currently has two convenient Central Pennsylvania locations:
📍 Linglestown Road – Harrisburg, PA
📍 Bent Creek Blvd – Mechanicsburg, PA
Both locations offer private coaching environments designed for focused training and individualized attention.
How do I get started with personal training?
The first step is scheduling a free consultation.
During this session we will:
- Discuss your goals
• Review your current fitness level and training history
• Talk about any injuries or limitations
• Determine the best training approach for you
From there, we create a personalized training plan that fits your schedule, goals, and experience level.
What does one-on-one personal training include?
Private training at PTC includes:
- A fully customized training program
• Coaching on proper form and technique

• Accountability and progress tracking
• Guidance on recovery and healthy habits
Every session is customized by a trainer who is focused entirely on your progress and safety.
Is personal training good for beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our clients start with little or no training experience.
Personal training is actually one of the best ways for beginners to start, because you learn:

Can personal training help with weight loss?
Yes, but we approach weight loss differently than many programs.

How often should I train with a personal trainer?
This depends on your goals and schedule.
Many clients train 1–3 times per week with a trainer and may also complete additional workouts on their own.
We help build a plan that works for your lifestyle.
Do I need to be in great shape to start?
Not at all.
Our clients range from beginners to experienced lifters.
The most important step is simply getting started.
