Precision Training Concepts (PTC) is a private personal training studio focused on individualized training, proper movement, and long-term health.
Unlike large gyms or group fitness facilities, our model is built around private & semi-private, where every program is tailored to the individual.
Our goal isn’t just to help clients exercise, it’s to help them move better, get stronger, and build habits that last.

Precision Training Concepts currently has two convenient Central Pennsylvania locations:

📍 Linglestown Road – Harrisburg, PA
📍 Bent Creek Blvd – Mechanicsburg, PA

Both locations offer private coaching environments designed for focused training and individualized attention.

The first step is scheduling a free consultation.

During this session we will:

  • Discuss your goals
    • Review your current fitness level and training history
    • Talk about any injuries or limitations
    • Determine the best training approach for you

From there, we create a personalized training plan that fits your schedule, goals, and experience level.

Private training at PTC includes:

  • A fully customized training program

Every session is customized by a trainer who is focused entirely on your progress and safety.

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with little or no training experience.

Many clients train 1–3 times per week with a trainer and may also complete additional workouts on their own.
